Men’s Health Program
Our men’s health services address concerns such as hormone balance, energy levels, metabolism, and overall vitality through individualized treatment plans and provider-guided care. Telehealth visits are available across Ohio, with in-office appointments for local patients in Upper Sandusky.

Meet with a licensed healthcare provider for a comprehensive medical evaluation. During this visit, we review your medical history, health goals, and determine whether treatment may be appropriate for you.

If treatment is recommended, your provider will develop an individualized care plan based on your clinical needs and treatment goals.
Step 3: Convenient Delivery
When medication is prescribed, it may be shipped directly to your home along with any necessary supplies, eliminating the need for pharmacy visits.
Step 4: Ongoing Support and Monitoring
Your care continues beyond the initial visit with regular follow-ups, provider oversight, and treatment adjustments as medically appropriate to support safe, sustainable progress.
